560-80 Agri Telehandler
The most powerful telescopic handler JCB have ever built, geared for maximum capacity, power and productivity.
Max Engine Power
Max Lift Capacity
Max Lift Height
The JCB 560-80 Agri Telehandler is a hugely efficient EcoMAX-powered telescopic handler. In fact, it’s the most powerful telehandler JCB have ever built, geared for maximum capacity, power and productivity.
In response to feedback, JCB have fitted a powerful engine, a Z-bar linkage (forming our toughest-ever telescopic boom) and, as a result, achieved huge breakout force. Then there’s our new fast-flow oil return, which produces fast cycle times by speeding up boom lowering and retraction. For added versatility, high utilisation and extra investment value, we offer a large attachments range too.
Of course, being a JCB telehandler, residuals are strong – as the world’s number 1 telescopic handler manufacturer, our Agri Loadalls are always in demand and therefore valuable. However, 560-80 Agri telescopic loaders are not just about doing more; they’re about doing more for less! As a result, JCB have invested in new technology and features to drive down operating costs by reducing fuel consumption.
Available for sale, dry hire or rental throughout Newcastle, the Central Coast and the Hunter Valley.
- 140 litres per minute max hydraulic flow
- Servo assisted joystick controls
- 6000kg (6 tonne) max payload
- 7.9m max lift height
- 4.41m max forward reach
- 6.64m placing height
SUPREME PERFORMANCE FROM A POWERHOUSE
The JCB 560-80 Agri telehandler features three steer modes – 2WS, 4WS and crab steer – for superb manoeuvrability.
It’s also got JCB’s award-winning EcoMAX engine for improved power and productivity. The uprated 145hp (108kW) unit produces its power and torque at low revs, meaning that the engine has to work less hard than rival machines. That saves fuel and, of course, money. Optional TorqueLock provides even greater efficiency, as well as speed. So does the powerful 140 l/min variable flow hydraulic pump.
Good ground clearance and four-wheel drive mean this Loadall can make excellent progress in any conditions or terrain. Add a hydrostatic transmission for easy operation, infinite speed variations and great fuel efficiency, and you have truly versatile telescopic handler performance and productivity.
A new Z-bar linkage provides 6.7 tonnes of shovel breakout force, while a variable speed cooling fan and hydraulic regeneration system aid efficiency.
Further productivity features include, but are not limited to:
- Three steer modes (2-wheel, 4-wheel and crab)
- Superb visibility
- Transmission disconnect button diverts engine power for improved hydraulic cycle times
- Parallel lift gives excellent load retention
- Optional SRS provides increased load retention and comfort
- Long chassis provides stability
EFFICIENT & LOW COST SERVICEABILITY
Every JCB telescopic handler is designed to maximise uptime and productivity. To do that, we make sure our components last a long time and, when routine replacements need to take place, we make sure everything important is easily accessible.
So all checks are quick, simple and safe to carry out from ground level on this Loadall. The one-piece bonnet is on a gas strut for ease and safety; the radiator chaff guard and reversing fan keeps out debris; the fold-out cooling package is easy to clean, as is the flat floor with drainage channels; and most service intervals, including boom lubrication, are a lengthy 500 hours.
All JCB telescopic loaders have a one-piece fully welded chassis for maximum strength and minimum weight. Hoses are routed through the boom and lights fold away to protect against site damage. The U-shaped boom with integrated boom nose and one-piece closing plate has reduced joints and stress points.
Key components like telescopic handler transmissions are tested over thousands of cycles and all of our manufacturing processes are backed by ISO 9001:2008.
